evalgist.ai is operated by Evalgist BV (company number 1037.260.590), with registered seat at Bosstraat 13, 9820 Merelbeke, Belgium, VAT BE 1037.260.590. For any question about these terms, contact legal@evalgist.ai.

Your Evalgist account is a platform account. It may be used to sign in to Evalgist products such as Evalgist Shortlist and future products under the Evalgist name. Product access, pilots, uploads, AI-assisted analysis, payments, and data retention may be governed by product-specific terms shown before you use that product.

Accepting these account terms does not mean you have accepted every current or future product's terms. Product-specific terms are accepted separately.

Use your own account details, keep sign-in credentials secure, and do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, payment controls, product restrictions, or security measures. Do not upload unlawful content, credentials, production secrets, malware, or material you are not authorised to process in any Evalgist product.

Some Evalgist products may be invitation-only, pilot-only, free, credit-based, or paid. Prices, credit ratios, refund conditions, and service-specific restrictions are shown in the relevant product before payment or before a pilot user receives access. These account terms do not create a right to use any particular product.

All content on this site, including text and brand marks, is owned by Evalgist BV unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce the brand marks or wordmark without prior written permission.

Evalgist products support human evaluation with evidence; they do not replace the customer's decision-making responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Evalgist BV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of an account, website, pilot, or product.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the timestamp below and, where the change affects an active service, communicated in advance.
